Franklin High School is seeking to streamline all communication across 20 programs in the Athletic Department. Please take a moment both Athlete and Parent to download Team App on your Smart Phone App store. Create a username and password and search for “Franklin - HS (insert sport).” .
Register on FamilyID
If you are not sure if you have completed a sports registration for this school year, login into your and look for completed registrations from previous year”. Please use that username and password to register for the upcoming seasons. . Each season, you must register your athlete to participate.
Clearance/physical
The athletic department will begin clearing students for participation now. Please make sure all documents (updated physicals) are attached to your account before each tryout date.. Make sure you have either uploaded a physical or emailed the Athletic Director - this is particularly important for our 9th grade athletes. Franklin Student Health Center - Physical Days - By Appointment ONLY

Eligibility
In order to be eligible, students must be enrolled in 2.5 credits (typically 5 classes) and have passed at least 2.5 credits the previous semester or 1.5 credits the previous quarter. Students must also be on track to graduate which means they have to have completed a certain number of credits prior to the start of the year.

PIL Athletic Mission
The mission of our High School Athletics is to promote participation and sportsmanship through a competitive interscholastic athletic program.
Every athlete is provided with opportunities, positive recognition, and learning experiences that support and maximize the academic goals of our High School.
Athletics utilizes experiences that are inherently educational to foster lifelong lessons such as teamwork and self-discipline, while facilitating the physical and emotional development of our student athletes.

Athletic Fee

The cost is $200 per sport per student. There is a $800 cap per family.
For students on the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch program, the athletic fee is $35 per sport.

The mission of the Franklin Athletic Boosters is to provide positive support to the sanctioned FHS and Franklin cluster youth athletic teams through community building, fundraising support, engaging alumni participation and raising the profile of all Franklin HS and youth athletic teams.
