Electronics Policy

  • Marysville Cell Phone Policy 2019-2020

    Students are encouraged to leave cell phones at home.  If students choose to bring cell phones to school, they are to stay “Off and Away” during school hours.  Students who use cell phones during school hours will be considered insubordinate and disciplinary action may be taken as needed.  This includes wearing ear buds and headphones in school.  Being present at school is essential and allows students to fully engage with learning.  The school Cell Phone Policy includes:

    1st Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and returned to student at the end of the school day.

    2nd Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and given to Mrs. Robertson (School Climate Coach) and returned at the end of the school day to a parent only.

    3rd Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and given back at the end of the quarter.

     

    Marysville School is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged electronic devices.
