    Sometimes we need a little help navigating coming out, being a caregiver to an LGBTQ2SIA+ youth, or finding community. Below are some local and national resources for social groups, parent support groups, as well as suicide and crisis resources. Check back regularly for updates to the list of providers.

    The walk-in clinic at Cascadia is open 7 days a week and "serves all individuals in Multnomah County regardless of insurance, income, or age."
