Welcome to Arleta Elementary School's Kindergarten web page!

• Arleta Kindergarten teachers will contact families for 1:1 contacts early during the week of August 27. The full-day, small group practice will take place on August 29 and 30. (Your student will attend one of these days, to be set up in advance with the teacher.) All Kindergarten students will attend September 3 and onward.  

• Ramp Up to Kindergarten

  èßäapp¹ÙÍø Ramp Up to K provides a welcoming, supportive introduction to school. Prior to the first day of Kindergarten, all incoming K students and families can receive: 

  • A 1:1 family contact with their Kindergarten teacher focused on relationships and connections; and
  • A full-day, small-group practice day for their child, focused on orienting the student to Kindergarten staff, spaces, and routines.
