    Employee Assistance Program:

    Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free and confidential counseling and coaching, financial services and other resources to help people privately resolve problems that may interfere with work, family and life. Go online to  - access code: OEBB or call 866-750-1327. This benefit is available to you and anyone in your household, whether enrolled in your medical insurance or not, for as long as you remain covered on active insurance.  

    If you are  an Oregon PERS member (worked for 6 months or longer for more than 600 hours per year for an Oregon PERS coveraged employer) and you are separating from Oregon PERS covered employment, you may leave your money with PERS or you may have withdrawal options. Please note if you are vested and you withdraw your money from PERS, you will lose access to the lifetime pension benefit and forfeit your membership rights. Additional information can be found on the PERS website . If you have questions or would like to discuss your options further with a representative, please contact PERS at 888-320-7377.
