Ms. Gabrielle Buvinger-Wild
Originally from èßäapp¹ÙÍø Oregon, Gabrielle spent many years living in and traveling around Europe. After receiving her MA in philosophy from University College Dublin in Ireland, she moved back to èßäapp¹ÙÍø to teach in the Philosophy Department and Conflict Resolution Graduate Program at èßäapp¹ÙÍø State University, as well as the Philosophy Department at University of èßäapp¹ÙÍø. Noticing a lack of college readiness in her college students, Gabrielle decided to become a high school Language Arts teacher. She studied English at University of Oregon and completed her MAT at Lewis and Clark. She utilizes her philosophy background by fostering critical thinking in her classroom, as well as encouraging students to consider and debate ethical issues in literature.
