Eligibility Requirements:
- A resident of èßäapp¹ÙÍø or Multnomah County
- Experienced both of the following impacts due to COVID-19:
- One or more individuals within the household have qualified for unemployment benefits. Experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due, directly or indirectly, to the COVID-19 outbreak
- One or more individuals within the household can demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
- One or more individuals within the household have qualified for unemployment benefits. Experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due, directly or indirectly, to the COVID-19 outbreak
- Household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)

IRCO offers a wide range of culturally specific and responsive housing and stabilization supports to help individuals and families obtain or remain in safe and stable homes in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Malheur Counties. Services include outreach and engagement, housing navigation and placement, case management, eviction prevention, utility assistance, and rental assistance.
