• Students Returning To èßäapp¹ÙÍø

    Your child is considered a returning student if they have previously attended our schools, including charters and alternative programs, or received services through èßäapp¹ÙÍø. 

    STEP 1 - Complete a registration form:  2023-2024 Registration Form

    STEP 2 - Collect the following documents:

    • 2 address verification documents (Proof of Address Example)
      • Examples include mortgage, rental agreement, utility bills (dated within the last 30 days at the time of enrollment), insurance or governmental assistance statement.
            ? Parent name, home address and date must be visible
            ? If you cannot provide two proofs of address, contact the Enrollment and Transfer Center
    • Immunization records or  
    • Unofficial transcript for 10th through 12th graders
    • Previous school’s contact information
    • Individualized education (IFSP, IEP) or special services (504) plan, if applicable

    STEP 3 - Once all documents are complete, bring them to the Counseling Office
