Marrla Wilkinson is an English and AVID teacher here at Ida B. Wells. She grew up in èßäapp¹ÙÍø, Oregon and attended San Diego State with a major in English. She has been teaching here for 4 years and has been a teacher for 12. She enjoys working because of her, “exposure to new teen culture every year.” She got into teaching English because of her love of books. Her favorite activities outside of school consist of a mix of traveling, camping, home renovations, and spending time with family and friends.
